What you will do
- Manage the Accenture account to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and strengthen C-level relationships using effective discovery and value-selling techniques.
- Develop strategic account plans based on thorough analysis of company priorities and initiatives.
- Align with executives on business challenges to secure sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to position Figma and ensure customer success.
- Utilize in-person networking and meetings to advance executive-level relationships.
Requirements
- Experience selling to Accenture or Big 4 firms (PWC, KPMG, EY, or Deloitte).
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise SaaS deals for customers with 5000+ FTEs.
- Experience successfully managing complex sales cycles lasting 9 months or more.
- Consistent performance in meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business.
- Proficiency in a sales methodology and process that creates tangible value for customers.
- Must be based in or able to attend in-person onboarding in London.
Nice to have
- Experience selling solutions to high-level technical audiences in Engineering, Product, and Design.
- Certifications in deal qualification and prospect discovery.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
