What you will do

• Lead cross-functional programs with strategic depth, ensuring end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps, execution plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, process optimization, and scalable delivery standards.
• Facilitate alignment between product goals and organizational objectives across all stakeholder levels.
• Apply data-driven judgment to identify and resolve critical issues for timely delivery.
• Document and maintain project schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience managing technical programs, preferably in telematics or device-related domains.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) and project management software (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum (SAFe is a plus).
• Ability to grasp technical issues and communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience with product lifecycle management from concept to launch.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• PMP, Green Belt, or Yellow Belt certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in Device Firmware and cloud computing.
