What you will do

• Own delivery of platform innovation and scalability programs spanning Salesforce, integrations, and third-party apps aligned with divisional strategies.
• Advance responsible AI-driven capabilities with thought leadership on scalable, customer-centric implementations.
• Drive cross-team execution, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs for secure, resilient solutions.
• Collaborate on architecture, system design, and service-level objectives for efficient workflows.
• Lead planning, governance, and agile delivery using Jira for visibility and continuous improvement.
• Influence stakeholders by translating complex technical decisions into actionable outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years in technical program management with large-scale, cross-team initiatives
• Proven track record managing broad-scope programs across services and organizations
• Technical aptitude for engineering and AI/ML collaboration, including system/API design and data modeling
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems and applying AI/ML to products

Nice to have

• Platform-focused TPM experience in service management, integrations, and AI ecosystems
• Salesforce hands-on experience, integrations, customizations, certifications
• Strong SOA, APIs, enterprise integration for scalable platforms
