What you will do

• Own customer billing operations from contract setup through invoice generation, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Manage collections workflow and accounts receivable (AR) follow-up in partnership with account owners.
• Build and improve finance operating processes for expense management, vendor onboarding, and payment operations.
• Administer and optimize core tools such as Ramp, Brex, and Expensify.
• Document SOPs and create KPI dashboards for billing timeliness and process quality.
• Support commercial contract review focusing on pricing, invoicing implications, and approval requirements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in finance operations, revenue operations, or order-to-cash roles within a software or tech environment.
• Strong expertise in billing operations, collections, and spend management workflow design.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and establish clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and finance tools like Ramp, Brex, and Expensify.
• Authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).

Nice to have

• Experience with usage-based pricing models or supporting enterprise contracts.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition concepts.
• Prior experience in AI software businesses or finance systems implementation.
