Director of Mobile Product (MedTech)

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 annual compensation, plus a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Define the vision, OKRs, product roadmap, backlog, KPIs, and prioritization framework for the Jabra Hearing mobile app.
• Collaborate with Desihirify.global, Engineering, QA, Audiology, Customer Experience, regulatory, and hirify.global R&D teams to deliver the roadmap.
• Use quantitative data analysis, qualitative user research, customer feedback, and care-team insights to guide product decisions.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming while improving delivery practices.
• Support app quality-system maintenance and ensure compliance with FDA regulations and 510(k) requirements.
• Alihirify.global the app vision with stakeholders across the hirify.global organization and related software teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of mobile product management experience.
• Experience with connected consumer products using Bluetooth or wireless technologies, including collaboration with hardware, firmware, and mobile engineering teams.
• Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development, and continuous discovery.
• Strong experience partnering with Desihirify.global, Engineering, and QA on agile discovery and execution.
• Ability to analyze data, conduct user research, prioritize effectively, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience with Amplitude, Segment, or similar analytics tools is preferred.
