What you will do

• Drive the vision, OKRs, and product roadmap for the mobile app using data, research, and customer feedback.
• Manage a groomed backlog and prioritization framework with a strong focus on KPIs.
• Perform quantitative data analysis and qualitative user research to extract key insights.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and grooming, to improve delivery processes.
• Ensure the app quality system and software maintain 510k FDA regulations and compliance.
• Collaborate with hirify.global family stakeholders to alihirify.global the app vision with other software and teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of mobile product management experience.
• Experience managing connected products leveraging Bluetooth or wireless communication (wearables, hearables).
• Passion for A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development, and continuous discovery.
• Expertise in agile product development and leading prioritization and scoping.
• Strong analytical skills with preferred experience in Amplitude and Segment.
• Must be based in the US.
