Senior Product Manager, Mobile

Location: Remote Canada

Hiring ranges: CAD 104,000–139,000 for Canada Tier 1 locations; CAD 95,000–126,000 for Canada Tier 2 locations, annually.

What you will do

• Own improvements to Firefox for iOS while contributing to the broader mobile experience, including Android.
• Refine browser UI, navigation, downloads, menus, performance, reliability, and everyday usability.
• Improve activation and retention by optimizing the new-user journey through analytics, funnels, testing, and iteration.
• Deliver differentiated mobile browser features and experiences for key user groups.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and TPMs to ship high-impact product improvements.
• Monitor App Store and Google Play health, including crashes, ANRs, ratings, store listings, ASO, and growth experiments, while adapting Firefox for international markets.

Requirements

• Experience launching or managing applications on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store with measurable user or product impact.
• Strong record of delivering features and improvements under deadlines with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners.
• Deep understanding of iOS and ideally Android ecosystems, app store policies, and web browser technologies.
• Experience using analytics, funnels, A/B testing, and user feedback to improve activation, retention, and product quality.
• Habit of studying mobile apps, monitoring platform trends and reviews, and testing experiences hands-on.
• Interest or experience growing products in international markets with sensitivity to local user needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile browsers or privacy-focused products.
• Experience meaningfully scaling an application’s user base.
• A currently maintained side project or app on the App Store or Google Play.
