What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing implementation team through leadership, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• Develop expertise in pre-anesthesia and pre-surgical workflows to identify ROI opportunities.
• Collaborate with client teams, product, engineering, and delivery to define efficient paths to ROI.
• Design, execute, and optimize complex technical implementations aligned with client goals.
• Represent the company in executive client meetings and steering committees to ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor cross-functional teammates on sales planning, client IT, EMR workflows, and product roadmapping.

Requirements

• 3+ years owning a functional implementation team with strategic accountability
• Proven track record in process excellence, product collaboration, ROI enablement, client references, executive management, and team development.
• Experience designing repeatable, scalable implementation models that reduce time-to-value.
• Ability to balance configurability vs. standardization in complex healthcare environments.
• Experience leading organizational change in clinical or operational healthcare settings.
• Deep knowledge in healthcare IT interfacing with hospital EMRs.
• Strong communication and systems thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Epic or Cerner.
• Background in hospital EMR systems implementations.
