What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day client operations, run PM meetings, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate working groups, feedback sessions, and handle Patient Concierge escalations.
• Guide implementations from assessments and design to configuration, training, and go-live.
• Gather feedback, identify issues, and collaborate with R&D for resolutions.
• Develop standardized documentation and training materials for scalability.
• Define value initiatives, validate ROI, and support long-term client success.

Requirements

• 5+ years in implementation, client success, or project management, preferably healthcare or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience managing client operations, PM meetings, and cross-functional agendas.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and escalation resolution skills.
• Analytical problem-solving with feedback gathering and solution driving.
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and workflows.
• Ability to travel up to 25-35% nationwide.
