What you will do
- Lead complex engagements with matrixed technical and operational teams across the client base.
- Own the customer lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and ongoing success.
- Develop quarterly success plans including objectives, timelines, risks, and performance metrics.
- Drive platform engagement by creating action-oriented plans to sustain buy-in from executives and users.
- Identify new workflows and account expansion opportunities to increase value for both the client and company.
- Maintain relationships across all levels, from front-line leadership to executive clinical teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting or professional services at a workflow-oriented SaaS company.
- Project management experience for complex implementations in provider-side healthcare settings.
- Deep knowledge of provider-side hospital operations.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel 25-35% nationwide within the US.
