What you will do

• Install and maintain software and hardware, including workstation deployment and redeployment.
• Perform system backups and data recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
• Enforce and maintain security policies and manage IT asset administration.
• Support and administer third-party applications while resolving problems reported by end users.
• Configure and update operating systems, servers, and basic network infrastructure.
• Research industry trends and coordinate with vendors for order placement and tracking.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012/2016.
• Experience with Windows PowerShell and Active Directory (User, Computer, and Group administration).
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP configuration, and Group Policy Management.
• Experience with folder sharing, permissions, Firewall, VPN, and VOIP system administration.
• Understanding of networking, virtualization concepts, and basic cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
