What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end RFP, RFI, RFQ, and security assessment coordination for enterprise healthcare clients, developing timelines and assigning responsibilities.
  • Analyze requirements, craft tailored strategies, write/edit compelling responses, and maintain a centralized content library.
  • Collaborate with clinical, analytics, product, finance, compliance, and operations teams to refine content and ensure submissions meet standards.
  • Support client success with deliverables, reports, renewal proposals, and upsell materials.
  • Optimize RFP processes, implement tools/templates, and train sales teams on best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare payment integrity, payer operations, or healthcare technology.
  • Proven track record managing RFPs or complex proposals.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organization, and deadline handling abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, clinical, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with payment integrity concepts like pre-pay/post-pay reviews, fraud detection, claims monitoring, AI processes, and analytics.
