Salary: $184,050–$262,928 (United States base) plus equity.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, evaluate, and ship LLM-based solutions for adaptive listening experiences
• Develop prompted playlist experiences focused on music fulfillment and session generation
• Collaborate with user research, design, data science, product, and engineering teams
• Prototype new ML approaches and deploy them at global scale
• Build scalable ML systems connecting artists and fans in personalized ways
• Promote best practices in ML system design, testing, evaluation, and deployment

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI
• Hands-on experience building and deploying end-to-end ML systems at scale
• Familiarity with LLM-based systems and techniques like reinforcement fine-tuning, DPO
• Experience designing modular ML architectures and writing technical specifications
• Experience with large-scale distributed data processing tools like Apache Beam or Spark
• Worked with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
