What you will do

• Analyze and model customer behavior using large-scale data.
• Build novel online and offline evaluation metrics for multimodal digital assistants.
• Fine-tune and post-train LLMs with techniques like SFT, DPO, RLHF, and RLAIF.
• Set up experimentation frameworks for model analysis and A/B testing.
• Collaborate on LLM evaluation and post-training methodologies.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from research to production.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's + 4+ years in CS, CE, ML or related
• Experience in patents or publications at top-tier conferences/journals
• Programming in Java, C++, Python or similar
• Experience in algorithms, data structures, parsing, optimization, data mining, or distributed computing
