Salary: $167,100–$260,000 USD annually (location-dependent)

What you will do

• Develop models to optimize conversion KPIs across customer lifecycle in hirify.global Ads.
• Build scalable data pipelines to ingest and enrich data from Retail, Prime Video, FireTV, Alexa, and AppStore.
• Design, experiment, optimize, and deploy ML models into production with product and engineering teams.
• Drive innovation in agentic AI for ads, including autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, planning, large multimodal models, and RL.
• Establish automated processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and serving.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, PMs, and leadership across hirify.global organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years building ML models for business applications
• PhD or Master's + 6+ years applied research experience
• Programming in Java, C++, Python or similar
• Experience in speech recognition, machine translation, NLP systems

Nice to have

• Modeling tools: R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy
• Large-scale distributed systems: Hadoop, Spark
