What you will do

• Assess patients through video-based encounters and perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, compiling medical data including health history and mental status findings
• Manage psychotropic medications by evaluating patient history, response, adherence, and tolerability
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans, evaluate assessment results, and provide ongoing medication management
• Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of peer review QA process, as assigned

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted M.D. or D.O. medical license in the state of residence required
• Graduate of ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program
• Keep up-to-date with continuing medical education
• Comfortable navigating video-conferencing platforms and willing to learn new technology such as Athena
• Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
