What you will do

• Prepare SEC reporting documents including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, as well as disclosure checklists and footnote disclosures.
• Support the preparation of quarterly earnings releases and investor relations presentations.
• Maintain internal controls and support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance to ensure financial statement quality.
• Manage monthly and quarterly close activities, including account reconciliations, cash flow statements, and EPS calculations.
• Handle technical accounting matters for stock-based compensation, leases, and new accounting standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and interim reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of overall accounting experience in audit, consulting, or corporate accounting.
• 2+ years of experience as a Senior Auditor or Senior Accountant with SEC reporting responsibilities.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working within a SOX-compliant environment.

Nice to have

• CPA license or equivalent professional certification.
• Big Four public accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP, Equity Edge Online, and Workiva.
• Expertise in accounting for equity-related transactions and share-based compensation.
