Salary: $125,000–$155,000 base + equity + annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Lead a team of 3-4 professionals overseeing private equity and hedge fund feeder fund portfolios.
• Collaborate with implementation teams on new fund launches and review draft documents like LPA/PPM.
• Review and approve quarterly NAV, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations prepared by admins.
• Monitor fund compliance with operating agreements and oversee annual US GAAP financial statements.
• Participate in internal/external management meetings and drive process automation with technology teams.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reporting with compliance, legal, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 10-15 years of fund management accounting and operations experience focused on alternatives
• Advanced degree or progress toward MBA, CPA, CFA, or CAIA (plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-oriented with big-picture thinking and tech passion
