• Identify, develop, and capture new federal IT business opportunities to drive organizational growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with federal agency stakeholders, buyers, and influencers.
• Drive early engagement activities, including securing pre-RFP meetings and shaping acquisition strategies.
• Support and influence contract pursuits, including prime awards and task orders.
• Collaborate internally to align sales strategies with technical capabilities and offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in federal business development or federal IT sales within a government contractor.
• Demonstrated, current relationships with federal IT decision-makers and influencers.
• Proven track record of leading pre-RFP engagements and influencing acquisition strategies.
• Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes and contract vehicles.
• Authorized to work in the US and based in the US region.
