What you will do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 10-15 members, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the B2B market and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Tailor sales approaches specifically for the K-12 education sector, including partnerships with school districts.
- Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product offerings.
- Manage sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and a strong background in selling technical or software products.
- Experience in the K-12 education market is highly preferred.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Havertown, PA.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to drive data-based decision-making.
