What you will do
- Partner with the International IT Architect to drive special projects and strategic international initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial intake and planning through execution and closure.
- Act as a primary liaison between international operations and US-based support functions across different time zones.
- Build and maintain strong operational relationships with international brand leadership and stakeholders.
- Standardize processes for international operations and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Support the operational integration of newly acquired international brands.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with distributed international teams and managing stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Strong communication skills for effective engagement with senior leadership and operational teams.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage scope or timeline shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Europe (strong preference for UK).
- Must have existing work authorization (no sponsorship available).
