What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across the full lifecycle, including definition, planning, execution, and implementation.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and the Portfolio & Change team to enable successful outcomes.
• Coordinate governance, controls, financial tracking, and resource management activities.
• Ensure seamless handover and transition of projects into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.
• Identify, assess, and track risks while developing effective mitigation actions.
• Build positive working relationships with internal technology teams and third-party suppliers.

Requirements

• Practical experience applying project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across all organizational levels.
• Analytical abilities to interpret financial and project-related data.
• Capability in managing change, governance, and project-related controls.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Hove, UK.
