• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid and pursuit process.
• Prepare high-quality proposals, PQQs, and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial content.
• Maintain and update bid collateral, case studies, and capability statements.
• Develop presentations and interview materials for potential clients.
• Track business opportunities and support pipeline reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bid, marketing, or pursuit coordination role, preferably within construction or professional services.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign is advantageous.
