What you will do

• Plan, implement, and manage ESG projects aligned with sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to conduct in-depth analysis and produce project artifacts.
• Build subject matter expertise in key investment areas and provide transparency across projects.
• Lead partnerships across multiple business units, aligning with legal, compliance, and company-wide initiatives.
• Oversee ESG data collection to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes, corporate policies, and governance structures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of asset management experience.
• Proven experience delivering Front Office Investment Management projects and performing business analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and presenting to senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
