Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (base)

What you will do

• Develop and manage client relationships within command & control, operations center, and mission-critical markets.
• Drive new business development and grow existing accounts.
• Identify client needs and propose customized AV solutions focusing on command & control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in the audiovisual industry.
• Strong background in A/V systems for environments like NOCs, SOCs, emergency response, or defense.
• Deep understanding of video walls, signal processing, control systems, and visualization platforms.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% across the West Coast and other regions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for technical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Existing client relationships within defense, public safety, utilities, or enterprise command & control markets.
• Familiarity with manufacturers such as Barco, Christie, Planar, Crestron, and Extron.
• Experience responding to RFPs and government/enterprise procurement processes.
