Salary: $145,000 - $175,000 a year

What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive government relations strategies to advance priorities across the US and broader Americas.
• Build and deepen relationships with federal and state policymakers, regulators, and key staff to influence legislative outcomes.
• Directly advocate on priority issues in meetings, conferences, and other policy forums.
• Manage external lobbying firms, consultants, and advisors, including budget oversight.
• Analyze legislative and regulatory developments to provide strategic guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Global Government Relations, Legal, Trust & Safety, Product, and Communications teams to align messaging.

Requirements

• Degree in law, public policy, political science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in government relations or public policy, specifically within consumer technology or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of US federal and state legislative and regulatory processes.
• Established network within Congress, federal agencies, and state governments.
• Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time.
• English: C1+ proficiency (excellent communicator).

Nice to have

• Experience in Canada or Latin American markets.
• Conversational Spanish.
