What you will do

• Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective enterprise customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor by aligning hirify.global solutions with the customer's IT roadmap.
• Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities to create ongoing revenue streams.
• Execute land, adopt, expand, and deepen strategies for accounts within the assigned region.
• Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of field sales experience selling technical software solutions into the enterprise market.
• Proven track record of securing new logos and hitting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
• Experience executing complex sales strategies in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML.
• Strong ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
• Must be based in Mexico.
