What you will do
- Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client accounts, building long-term relationships through transparency and measurable results.
- Lead weekly client calls, performance reviews, strategic planning, and proactive communication to manage expectations and resolve issues.
- Oversee full client lifecycle including onboarding, execution, reporting, optimization, budgets, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Guide multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, email, content), analyze metrics, and refine strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop account management team, establishing processes, workflows, and a culture of ownership.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies, support brand positioning, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to campaign launches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience in a marketing or advertising agency
- 2+ years in a leadership or senior account management role
- Strong expertise in digital marketing: SEO, PPC/SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and multi-channel campaigns
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills
- Experience with CRM systems, dashboards, reporting tools, and translating data into strategic recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
Nice to have
- Experience in event marketing, experiential campaigns, or live marketing
- Familiarity with creative production workflows (design, video, web)
- Background in brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience contributing to pitches, upselling, and revenue growth
