Focus on running structured discovery, applying MEDDPICC principles, and converting high-quality opportunities into long-term customers.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close.
  • Conduct structured discovery to identify client hiring challenges, team gaps, and business goals.
  • Manage complex deals by navigating multiple stakeholders and building strong business cases.
  • Drive pipeline progression and maintain momentum across all stages.
  • Utilize MEDDPICC principles to properly qualify deals and increase win rates.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting to consistently hit revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a closer in B2B sales, preferably within tech or recruitment.
  • Strong experience in deal management across multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Structured operator experienced in using frameworks like MEDDPICC.
  • Resilience and drive for high-volume calling with strong follow-through.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior stakeholders.
  • Accountability for delivering measurable results.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, or talent solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
