What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned marketing accounts, nurturing long-term relationships for high retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, paid media, content, creative) to execute campaigns and manage timelines.
  • Lead client meetings, reporting calls, and strategy discussions while monitoring performance.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and document communications in CRM/project tools.
  • Maintain understanding of client business goals and marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Client Services, ideally in marketing/digital agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels: SEO, PPC, paid social, email, content marketing.
  • Excellent client communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and using CRM/project tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and communicate insights.
  • Reliable internet and remote work capability.
