Client Success Intern (Digital Health)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home weekly.

Base salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support assigned client accounts in collaboration with Client Success and other functions.
• Support the execution of advertising campaigns and delivery of client service.
• Update and enhance training and reference resources used to onboard new hires with Client Operations.
• Collaborate with functional leads across Revenue Operations on special projects.
• Take ownership of individual projects and contribute to team initiatives.

Requirements

• Be a current college or university student, ideally entering the senior year.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills for managing project tasks and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a proactive mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks or delays.
• Be highly motivated and self-starting.

Nice to have

• Studies in Project Management, Advertising, Communications, Operations Management, or Marketing.
