What you will do

• Secure sponsorship and partnership opportunities on behalf of the CAA Creators client roster.
• Oversee talent partnership deals from ideation to execution, including negotiating deal points.
• Prospect new brand partners and build solutions involving talent, distribution, data, and ROI measurement.
• Collaborate with talent agents and executives to ideate and increase overall revenue growth.
• Develop pitch materials and partner with teams on partnership activations.
• Manage long-term relationships between clients and prospective or existing brand partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven sales experience in digital media, content, entertainment, or culture.
• Deep fluency in the creator economy marketplace.
• Strong existing network of brand and agency buyer executives.
• Proven track record of branded content and media sales.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and presentation software like PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
