What you will do
- Identify, prioritize, and recruit high-value partners in travel, ERP, accounting, and IT services ecosystems, building and owning your partner portfolio.
- Onboard and enable partners on product, value proposition, and sales methodology, developing internal champions and supporting early customer cycles.
- Build long-term relationships, manage partner pipeline through reviews and forecasts, and drive revenue via joint qualification, co-selling, and QBRs.
- Execute go-to-market through local events, webinars, campaigns, and ecosystem initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Represent in Italian travel, fintech, and ERP ecosystems, ensuring alignment on partner strategy under Head of Channel & Partnerships.
Requirements
- Excellent command of Italian (C2 level), proficient English (French optional).
- SaaS experience mandatory; strong experience in channel or partner management.
- Proven experience in Travel & Expense Management (T&E) mandatory; understanding of technical integrations (travel players, ERPs, CRMs).
- Autonomous, structured, execution-driven with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable on the field, creating momentum; willingness to travel 30-50% across Northern Italy.
