What you will do

• Create detailed operation sheets and NC programs for high-precision machined parts and sub-assemblies.
• Define manufacturing sequences, tooling, gauging, and machine requirements to streamline production.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, and vendors to resolve issues and improve manufacturability.
• Provide hands-on support in production for program prove-outs and troubleshooting.
• Recommend and implement process improvements, tooling upgrades, and design modifications.
• Assist in estimating costs and timelines for new proposals and tooling development.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Buffalo, NY / East Aurora, NY; this position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
• Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s with 6+ years, or High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Mill-Turn CNC programming experience using CAD/CAM software.
• Strong knowledge of process engineering from raw material to finished product.
• Hands-on experience with machine setup and operation.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
