Salary: $80,000–$120,000 Annually (Buffalo, NY)

What you will do
- Create detailed operation sheets and NC programs for high-precision machined parts and sub-assemblies.
- Define manufacturing sequences, tooling, gauging, and machine requirements to streamline production.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, and vendors to resolve issues and improve manufacturability.
- Provide hands-on support in production for program prove-outs and troubleshooting.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, tooling upgrades, and design modifications.
- Assist in estimating costs and timelines for new proposals and tooling development.
Requirements
- Onsite work in Buffalo, NY / East Aurora, NY; this position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
- Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s with 6+ years, or High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of Mill-Turn CNC programming experience using CAD/CAM software.
- Strong knowledge of process engineering from raw material to finished product.
- Hands-on experience with machine setup and operation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
