What you will do

• Act as the primary technical interface between customers' engineering staff and the internal technical team.
• Qualify new technologies to be included in customer material specifications and company PCDs.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Document product requirements, features, and performance characteristics through customer meetings.
• Plan, coordinate, and document technical trials and specify appropriate processing methods.
• Develop manufacturing methods and create product specifications, quality plans, and training documentation.

Requirements

• B.S. in an Engineering related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in process, quality, or development engineering.
• Experience with flexible materials processing, including extruding, coating, printing, or laminating.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Expertise in Quality, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies (e.g., FMEA, DOE, SPC).
