Salary: £40k DoE + Bonus + Company Vehicle, Contributory Pension up to 8%

What you will do

• Conduct asbestos surveys, sampling, and data recording at client sites across the UK and occasionally abroad.
• Provide expert advice on asbestos findings, management, remediation, and compliance.
• Follow quality, health & safety, and environmental standards for operational excellence.
• Deliver reports and ensure samples reach the lab on time.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations Manager on improvements and service promotion.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as commercial asbestos surveyor in hospitals, schools, retail
• UK-wide travel willingness, flexibility for evenings, early starts, night shifts
• BOHS P402
• UK Driving Licence
• GCSE A-C or equivalent in Maths and English

• CCP (Asbestos)
• P405 and/or P406 Certificates
• Health & Safety qualifications – IOSH
• Project management qualifications
• SPA & CBRE for petroleum sites
• IPAF
