TL;DR
HR Graduate (HR Operations): Supporting employee lifecycle and HR processes within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment with an accent on onboarding, employee experience, and data management. Location: Manchester/Stockport, UK. Must be UK-based; sponsorship cannot be offered.
Salary: £32,000 base salary

What you will do
- Coordinate employee inductions, orientation programmes, and on-site engagement activities.
- Manage employee queries and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
- Assist with compliance activities and the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to HR projects involving policy reviews, internal communications, and culture initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Law, or Social Sciences.
- Strong communication, organizational, and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be based in the UK; visa sponsorship is not provided.
- Desire to complete a funded CIPD certification alongside work.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- Experience using an HRIS system.
- Basic understanding of onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and payroll cycles.
