What you will do

• Provide policy and process advice to stakeholders on contingent workforce matters.
• Manage a daily caseload of queries with timely and accurate resolutions per service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and uphold compliance and confidentiality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve practices and support change initiatives.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist teams as needed.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of governance, regulation, and compliance best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Confident handling queries via case management system with strong communication skills.
• Analytical and decision-making skills to interpret information and escalate appropriately.
