People Operations Specialist (Payroll)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for US and international regions using ADP and OysterHR.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy, including bonuses, commissions, and merit increases.
• Manage payroll-related audits, including 401(k) contributions and UK pension submissions.
• Support global payroll cycles, year-end processing, ACA, and EEO-1 reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems.
• Coordinate the employee and contractor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or payroll with direct ownership of payroll processes.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and familiarity with international payroll practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and an analytical mindset for auditing data.
• Experience with broader HR processes such as onboarding and benefits administration.
