What you will do

  • Plan, organize, and execute recruiting and placement activities, including interview coordination, job ads, and agency partnerships.
  • Monitor employee engagement and partner with plant leadership to implement retention and engagement programs.
  • Facilitate leadership development, policy implementation, and cultural alignment with company values.
  • Track HR metrics, deliver facility communications, and lead change management initiatives.
  • Build organizational capabilities by identifying talent needs and developing next-generation leaders.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Lexington, SC
  • Experience in full cycle HR support, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Strong partnership skills with operations leadership to drive high-performance culture.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices in recruiting, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Ability to track metrics, communicate effectively, and manage change.
