What you will do
- Partner with business leaders including C-level to translate priorities into HR solutions.
- Provide strategic advisory on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for global teams (USA, Switzerland, UK, Poland) and manage external agencies.
- Monitor TA metrics, oversee performance evaluations, promotions, terminations, and improvement plans.
- Handle escalations and complex employee relations cases.
- Analyze engagement surveys, new-hire checks, exit interviews, and drive improvement actions.
- Collaborate with global HR for policy consistency and best practices.
Requirements
- Proficient level of English.
- Proven experience as HR Business Partner in international dynamic environment, supporting business-facing and sales teams.
- Experience working with international C-level stakeholders.
- Strong background in HRBP and hands-on end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience managing escalations, complex employee relations, and international recruitment agencies.
- Strategic mindset, business acumen, proactive approach, independence, stakeholder management, comfort in ambiguity.
