TL;DR

What you will do

  • Partner with business leaders including C-level to translate priorities into HR solutions.
  • Provide strategic advisory on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for global teams (USA, Switzerland, UK, Poland) and manage external agencies.
  • Monitor TA metrics, oversee performance evaluations, promotions, terminations, and improvement plans.
  • Handle escalations and complex employee relations cases.
  • Analyze engagement surveys, new-hire checks, exit interviews, and drive improvement actions.
  • Collaborate with global HR for policy consistency and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proficient level of English.
  • Proven experience as HR Business Partner in international dynamic environment, supporting business-facing and sales teams.
  • Experience working with international C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong background in HRBP and hands-on end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience managing escalations, complex employee relations, and international recruitment agencies.
  • Strategic mindset, business acumen, proactive approach, independence, stakeholder management, comfort in ambiguity.
