What you will do
- Align organizational processes, systems, and culture with business priorities and drive change management.
- Benchmark HR activities and adopt industry best practices.
- Facilitate performance development including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback.
- Design and execute employee engagement framework based on survey results for retention and productivity.
- Develop processes for employee motivation, communication, grievance handling, and counseling.
- Anchor retention, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Requirements
- MBA from a reputed B-School.
- Strong business and HR acumen with problem-solving, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
- Ability to influence, coach managers, and drive initiatives across organization levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and knowledge of employment laws.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in entrepreneurial environment with multi-tasking abilities.
