TL;DR
HR Business Partner: Support managers and employees in people-related decisions and employee experience delivery across digital and direct mail agency business. With an accent on performance management, talent development, learning and development, and employee engagement. Focus on coaching managers on team development, navigating employee relations issues, and supporting career path frameworks and lifecycle changes.
Location: Remote flexibility; must reside in one of: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA. Due to FL legislation, e-verify participation required.
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do
- Proactively support managers and employees in making people-centric decisions while ensuring organizational consistency.
- Collaborate with managers and People team on performance management, talent development, learning, and employee engagement programs.
- Coach managers on team development, employee relations, and applying company practices and policies.
- Contribute to career path frameworks and manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to exits.
- Support initiatives in diversity and inclusion, manager enablement, and organizational design.
- Pull data, update reports in People and DEIB areas, and maintain records and performance software.
Requirements
- Proven record supporting managers in complex people situations.
- High standards in talent matters with persistence through challenges.
- Experience working with all organizational levels and proactively providing support.
- Adaptable to evolving priorities; affinity for data-informed decisions.
- Inclusive operator fostering belonging and accountability; effective communicator influencing at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 5-7 years experience, including 5 years in HR focused on People Operations and/or culture & engagement.
- Knowledge of HR policy and regulations.
