What you will do

• Advise clients on data protection combining privacy expertise with AI platform.
• Educate on evolving EU/UK GDPR using automation and pragmatic insights.
• Recommend and implement compliance measures guiding use of hirify.global platform.
• Design and roll out efficient, scalable data protection policies and controls.
• Conduct data protection impact and risk assessments leveraging automation.
• Use AI tools to optimise workflows and contribute to platform development via feedback.

Requirements

• Native level fluency in German used confidently in professional settings.
• Strong hands-on understanding of EU and UK GDPR frameworks.
• Practical experience advising on privacy/compliance in customer environments.
• Pragmatic customer-first mindset focusing on scalable solutions.
• Confident use of AI tools and ability to design structured workflows.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, high ownership and proactivity.
