Salary: $157,000 - $201,000

What you will do
- Lead 5-10 direct reports (District Managers) and 25+ indirect reports to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial partners, industry associations, and retailers.
- Develop and implement quarterly/annual sales plans and strategies to capture market share.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to drive initiatives and remove roadblocks.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a transparent team culture.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, Georgia, Florida, District of Columbia, or Pennsylvania for remote work.
- 15+ years in sales industry, 10+ years managing employees, ideally in building/design.
- B2B and building materials sales experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace; Salesforce and Concur preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR required; 80% travel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; expertise in strategy, leadership, and financial acumen.
