What you will do
- Drive UK growth strategy by fostering relationships with A&D practices, dealers, and end-users in North England.
- Own sales performance for defined territory, meeting revenue targets and KPIs.
- Manage portfolio of accounts, identify and convert project opportunities through specification, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Plan territory activities, provide market insights, and participate in trade shows and events.
- Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and reporting for pipeline visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant field sales experience in A&D and dealer landscape.
- High independence, commercial judgement, and market knowledge for complex accounts.
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle, pricing, and deal progression.
- Full & clean driving licence required.
- Proven track record in territory management and sales delivery.
