Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 a year

What you will do

• Review and analyze conflict check reports related to new business intake and lateral hiring.
• Identify potential legal and business conflicts and provide clear recommendations for resolution.
• Draft conflict waivers and assist with conflict resolution processes.
• Develop and maintain ethical walls and legal screening procedures.
• Collaborate with attorneys, recruiting teams, and stakeholders on conflict matters.
• Provide guidance on conflicts research, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with drafting engagement letters and contribute to special projects.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 1–6 years of experience in a law firm conflicts department or risk management function.
• Experience reviewing conflicts reports and identifying potential conflicts.
• Experience drafting waivers or assisting with conflict resolution.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with conflicts management systems such as Intapp.
• Knowledge of legal intake procedures and engagement documentation.
