What you will do

• Analyze billing procedures, prepare and review invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts receivable, apply payments, and maintain updated records.
• Conduct client communications for issue resolution and collections.
• Review contracts for revenue recognition and support month-end close processes.
• Assist with audits, GL reconciliations, and cash forecasting.
• Support expense management via Expensify/Navan, generate T&E reports, and ensure policy compliance.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Billing/Revenue Analyst or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
• AI tooling proficiency for optimizing workflows, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with Expensify or similar expense tools (Netsuite preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
