What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and associated analytics for the FP&A FinOps team.
• Analyze operational and financial trends to communicate results and recommendations to senior management.
• Develop financial models and reports to track key business metrics.
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and Procurement to ensure cost forecast accuracy and consistency.
• Consult internal clients on the financial impact of business decisions and provide analytical alternatives.
• Ensure actual expenses are recorded appropriately and remain within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Accounting concentration preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a finance-related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and budgeting practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Must be based in Mexico.
