Revenue Accountant

What you will do

• Manage full monthly billing cycle: create, review, validate, and issue customer invoices.
• Activate and maintain customer subscriptions in NetSuite.
• Review contract change orders and ensure invoices align with contracts, pricing, and purchase orders.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and variances.
• Support revenue recognition and respond to accounts receivable inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery, and Accounting teams to validate billing inputs.
• Support audit requests and contribute to billing process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Proven experience as Billing Specialist or similar accounting/finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of billing processes and contract-based invoicing.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP system.
• Experience in subscription-based or contract-driven billing.
• Experience partnering with Revenue Accounting on revenue recognition.
