What you will do

• Monitor financial market trends to optimize liquidity and risk strategies.
• Execute daily cash positioning across multiple currencies, investments, and FX transactions.
• Assist in rollout of new financial products and ensure operational readiness.
• Manage liquidity buffers, monitor covenants, and ensure compliance with regulations like LCR, NSFR.
• Coordinate relationships with financial institutions for funding and banking access.
• Handle counterparty onboarding, credit assessments, KYC, and trading support.

Requirements

• 2+ years in treasury front-office or adjacent financial markets role (trading desk, middle office) with money markets or fixed-income exposure.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (sophisticated formulas, pivot tables).
• Degree in STEM, Economics, or Finance; CFA or FRM highly regarded.
• Deep understanding of Mexico’s financial market regulations essential.
• Fluency in English for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• AMIB Figura or other financial certifications a plus.
